„- Education: Last-year student (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade and Accounting)

„- Languages: fluent English and Vietnamese

„- Interest for high-tech manufacturing environment

„- Master of Microsoft Office (Word,  Excel,  PowerPoint) and Outlook

„- Personality: Reliable, pro-active, patient

„- Good communication skills

Descriptions

Assist the training organization (review the list of participants, prepare training tools, distribution of training materials, book the training room, follow up the attendance)

„- Support trainings out of working time

„- Update the training database (input data, record training)

„- Support for documentation control

„- Administrative tasks within the department

„- Deliver and oversee the training of individuals or groups of employees

„- Prepare training materials for classes

„- Communicate and manage time to contact with employees to set up for courses.

„- Conducting Job Evaluation surveys
