  • Completed High School (twelve classes) education.
  • Knowledge in the use of computers, scanners and storage systems.

Descriptions

Scan the patient’s medical record (current and back log) into Orion HIS efficiently and effectively. Retrieve the records from the storage areas for scanning.

  • Scan the medical records into the Orion EMR after patients’ discharge.
  • Scan the forms in the correct Event Category in Orion
  • Ensure the image scanned is a true representation of the original.
  • Ensure the integrity of multi-page records is maintained
  • After scanning, stamp “Scanned” on scanned forms
  • Kept the selected forms and shed the rest.
